Which state will be our Greece?

Quite possibly Illinois. The controlling Democrats enacted a huge tax increase to help close the state’s deficit, only to then see (surprise!) that lots of real jobs vanished. More firms are thinking about leaving. Read all about it here.

Obviously, the pols in Illinois will need to raise taxes again, following Obama’s stimulus theory that if something doesn’t work the first time, that’s because it wasn’t big enough.
